Birthday party and Hariraya feast

24 Oct - Finance Dept had organised for today a birthday and hariraya feast in the morning. There fried bihun, lemang, chocolate cakes, kropok lekor, apam, puding, sandwich, cookies, and hariraya cookies.

It is my birthday today...........

Surau Renovation at Lot 16

A renovation is under way starting from mid Sep 2008 to upgrade the surau at Lot 16. The multi-purpose room is taken out for and a bigger room for male surau with absolution built inside the male surau. For the ladies, the absolution was builth inside with an adjoining toilet. Both surau were larger than before and fully tiled. Carpet had been removed due to bad smell. It should be cosy and nice place to perform the daily prayers for muslims concerned.

In the meantime, due to the location of surau is in restricted area, a new gate to control vehicles had been installed with a small door for pedestrian to pass through. Access to outsiders remained strictly controlled.

Anyway, thank you to the company for making such generous contribution.

Rumah Terbuka Hari Raya Aidilfitri

Tahun ini, beberapa kakitangan daripada Jabatan Kewangan turut mengadakan rumah terbuka sempena hari raya Aidilfitri di rumah masing-masing.
