Staff from Financial Reporting were required to perform audit on overtime expenses at the regional offices and the date agreed were from 15 to 19 Dec 2008. They had to travel to the regional offices prior to the start of the audit, and were acompanied by the one staff from IAD and one staff from HRD. This joint-effort audit by departments would help colloboration and understanding between departments and with RMs & BMs.
This will be the first time and opportunity for Finance Staff to visit the selected branches.

East Coast: Azzemi, Wan Imran
South: Anjoe
They cherished the opportunity to meet and visit the staff and have a look around the branch compound and appreciated better their work environment at HQ. I hope they took this opportunity to sightseeing the town as well.
