Effective from 4 Feb 2009, there were major re-organisation of staff and functions.
Accounts Payable shrunk from 6 to 5 people, Treasury from 11 to 10 whilst Financial Reporting grew from 7 to 9. This was brought about on setting up the Cost Optimisation unit in FR section. The transfer of staff resulted in the workload being spread among the staff remained in the Account Payable and Treasury.
It was complicated and expectation was high...
