We are changing the accounting systems that had been using since 1998. Wow! 14 years with one upgrade in 2003. Not bad for an accounting system...
The implementation of the new accounting system is well on the way. Already we will be at live run stage by mid April 2012. Data migration for all 12 companies which currently being handled by Finance Dept had been completed well up to Feb 12 data. Now the final push for Mar 12 data will be made by 10th April. Then the live run...
With considerable amount of effort and planning, we will proceed as planned.
With Allah grace, we will achieved what we aimed for with minimum fuss... it has been tiring and require hard work to endure all the parts worked well and with minimum customisation.... and achieved our kpi on this project...
